How to Make a Cherry Latte

When summer hits, I think of cherries and always have a bag on hand to enjoy. This latte takes that seasonal favorite and turns it into something special. The homemade cherry syrup is the star: sweet, a tart, and packed with fresh summer flavor. It’s easy to whip up and adds a fruity twist that instantly elevates your at-home coffee game.

Ingredients:

1 Serving

  • 2–3 tbsp Cherry Syrup (see below)

  • 1 oz Espresso

  • 4 oz milk of choice

  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Add cherry syrup to a glass

  2. Add espresso & milk

  3. Add ice

  4. Stir and enjoy


Homemade Cherry Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz fresh cherries

  • 1-2 oz sugar

  • Vanilla or almond extract

Instructions:

Blend 4 oz of fresh cherries with 1 oz of sugar and a dash of vanilla or almond extract. For a less intense cherry flavor, strain if desired, then store in the fridge for up to 4–5 days.
